Key Responsibilities:
- Actively work with component engineer, quality engineer and buyer to source the most competitive suppliers through comprehensive understanding of the components, supplier capabilities and quality system
- Manage the supplier's quality performance to achieve PPM goals of both current and future programs
- Successfully work with relevant departments to align the quality requirements and communicate clearly to suppliers
Primary requirement for candidate:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or technical areas. Master degree is preferred
- Working knowledge of QS9000 and Supplier Performance and Development Process
- Proven successful record in past career history, preferably in multi-national companies and in automotive industry
- Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
