AN-MEX:我们的客户是一家外资工业零配件经销商和制造商,主营产品为液压配件,紧固件和油封等。现因业务发展需要,急聘客户服务主管一职,具体要求如下:

Direct Subordinate Position:Sales Representative
Purpose of the job:
·Customer coordinator: Coordinate with Customer and maintain good relationship via frequent communication, and make sure sales order being fulfilled according to Contract (Delivery Time, U/P, QLTY STD etc.).
·Trouble-shooter for customer complains: Solve problems or complain from customers within time period set up.
·Overdue AR control: Make sure all the payment can be received within aging days, and control overdue AR amount being decreased.
Position Required Competencies:

·Excellent communication skill both internal and external (Good command of English, both oral and written)
·Strong personal skills (honest, modest and hard working à set an example to subordinates and in return expects the same from them)

Required Education:Bachelor or above
Key Figures:CET 6 and above
Required Experience:
·Customer service position in western company;
·Experience in Leading Customer Service team;
·Good understanding of customer’s need;
·Experience in using ERP and office software;
·Technical / Mechanical background [either MS.C or BS.C in (Eng) or preferably a strong work background related to industrial products].
Key Figures:
·3-5 years experience in customer service in machinery or industrial field; preferable product groups of hydraulics and fasteners;
·3 years experience in management role.
Additional Requirement:
We are looking for hands on person who has a down-to-earth attitude, i.e. hard working, willing to take responsibility and able to lead customer service team efficiently by setting his/her own performance as a best practice to his/her subordinates.
Responsibility and Work Scope:
·To coordinate with customers and maintain good relationship by frequent and close communication.
·Participates actively in all quality or commercial improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
·Reviews enquiries and contracts to ensure that customer’s requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied from delivery time and delivery quantity.
·Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, order confirmation and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled with satisfaction.
·Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.
·Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.
·Coordinates with related functions assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement. (because we are located in Free Trade Port)?
Works closely with customers and related functional dept. on delivery to prevent unnecessary dead stock.
·Make sure timely payment from customer being made and received into bank.
·Manage and train Customer Service staff to enhance work efficiency.
