职位描述：: Responsibility

1.Support the local Level 1 helpdesk in China Mainland, HongKong, TaiWan and other relevant Dept. Enhance technical support service to customers.
2.Analyze the complex technical application requests escalated from Level 1 and find solution.
3.Optimize, summarize complex application solution and experience. Share and popularize best experience and solutions.
4.Transfer complex, product related requests to the appropriate dept./activity.
5.Facilitate knowledge exchange between experts in order to improve team's efficiency and competence.

Requirement

·电气、输配电、电力系统自动化等相关专业本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree of Electric Power or Automation Engineering major.
·具有电力滤波的技术基础，有三年以上相关工程经验,熟悉有源滤波器的技术和应用优先考虑；
Above 4 years as Technical Engineer in Automation Engineering companies or Designing Institute.
·良好的客户服务意识，具备良好的团队精神和沟通能力；
Good Customers Attitude,Team work and Communication skill.
·英语熟练。
Fluent English.
