General Manager
Reporting to Group CEO
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and achieve a leading performance in asset.
2. Execute sales & marketing strategies and plans to maximize asset financial performance.
3. Enhance the distinctive marketing offer and the business model.
4. Establish and manage a working team.
Requirements:
1. At least 10-12 years of sales or marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years experience in management of a team.
1. Experience analyzing market data to support sales.
2. Experience in E-commercial or on-line sales is a must.
3. Business and analytical skills to oversee financial and administrative areas.
4. Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing, competitive environment.
5. Superior communication and presentation skills, negotiating ability.
6. Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
7. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree. MBA is preferred.
